We wish you a warm welcome

You have arrived at the Kingswood Congregational Church website.

We hope that, as you explore our pages, you will discover not only who we are, what we believe and what we are doing but, also, something that helps you in whatever you are currently facing. Since we update the site regularly you might care to bookmark it so you can visit again.

We are a welcoming, caring and friendly gathering of people who recognise what God has done for us in sending His Son, Jesus, to earth with the intention that 'whoever believes in him will not perish but will have everlasting life!' (John 3:16). As a consequence of our recognition of God's massive love towards us we 'Love God, Love Life,' to quote our motto, and seek to follow His teachings in whatever we are doing.

There is an old fisherman's prayer that says,

"Dear Lord, be good to me, the sea is so wide and my boat is so small."

With those words in mind we pray that, whoever you are and wherever your journey through life is taking you, the Lord will be good to you and make His presence known to you. Although the sea you're crossing may seem wide and your boat small, it is our hope that your travels will, very soon, bring you to visit us in person for a service or event. You are assured of refuge, peace, love and, more likely than not, fun if you do.

We are yours in Christ and hope to meet you soon,
